Sometimes it’s worth the extra money to be held accountable for a one-on-one totally customized yoga practice. If yoga is your thing, treat yourself to private (or semi-private) zoom sessions. Any day of the week and even with friends from near and far. Private Yoga Sessions are usually priced at $100/hr, but because virtual yoga has made it so easy, enjoy private lessions for $75/ea. I will guide you through a customized flow and take a good look at your alignment. I can offer you suggestions on how to correct your alignment, advance your practice and I can even teach you Yoga from scratch. I look forward to working with you!
